Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions cover your use of GameDay Director, the app and website for youth sports clubs at gamedaydirector.com and app.gamedaydirector.com. GameDay Director is a DBA (doing business as) name of Veteran LLC. "GameDay Director," "we" and "us" mean Veteran LLC, doing business as GameDay Director. By using GameDay Director you agree to these terms.
Using GameDay Director
- You join a club with its code, and the club's board approves you. What you see depends on the role the club gives you.
- Give accurate information, especially a player's medical information and emergency contacts, and keep it up to date.
- Use other families' and players' information only for the club's activities.
- Keep your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there.
Clubs
Each club decides who joins, what each person can see and do, and what it charges. The club is responsible for its own activities, fees and decisions.
Payments
Card payments to a club are processed by Stripe. The total, including any fees, is shown before you pay. Questions about what a club charges go to that club.
Emergencies and medical information
In an emergency, call 911 first. GameDay Director is not a substitute for emergency services or medical advice. The treatment plans in injury reports quote public government sources, which are linked, and are not a diagnosis. Alerts may be delayed or not delivered, so do not rely on GameDay Director alone in an emergency.
SMS Terms
- Program: GameDay Director Alerts, from GameDay Director (Veteran LLC).
- Sent from: (878) 777-GAME (878-777-4263).
- What you get: text messages with injury alerts about your child or team, safety alerts (such as lightning, heat, field closures and cancellations), practice and game reminders and changes, and sign-in codes.
- How you opt in: in the app under Account, Text and call alerts, by entering your mobile number and checking the text message box. The box is not checked for you, and agreeing is not a condition of using GameDay Director. See how to sign up.
- Message frequency varies with your club's schedule and with injuries and safety alerts.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. You can also turn texts off in the app.
- For help: reply HELP, or email director@gamedaydirector.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Automated voice calls
If you also check the voice call box, GameDay Director may call your mobile number from (878) 777-GAME (878-777-4263) with an automated voice call when an injury or safety alert about your child or team has not been opened. To stop calls, uncheck the box in the app or email director@gamedaydirector.com. Agreeing is not a condition of using GameDay Director.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. A club can remove you from that club.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
